Rizqi Billions has managed to secure USD400 millions of investment from investor to develop Large Solar Farms in few districts in Sabah. Riz Shukor (CEO) witnessed the signing ceremony between Green Ocean Solutions (investor/operator) and the state host, BIMP-EAGA Business Council (Malaysia).
